Photo and Video Policy

From time to time, Nine Hazels may take photographs or videos during classes and activities.

We may use photographs or videos for purposes such as:

​

• showing what Nine Hazels classes are like on our website;

• promoting Nine Hazels on our social media channels;

• creating promotional or marketing materials.

 

We will only use an identifiable photograph or video of a child for promotional purposes where we have obtained appropriate consent from the child's parent or legal guardian.

 

Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

We will not publish a child's full name, address, school or other unnecessary identifying information alongside their photograph.

​

We will take reasonable steps to avoid including children who have not consented in promotional photographs.

 

Where appropriate, we may use photographs where children are not identifiable, for example photographs showing activities, hands or children from behind.

​

If you withdraw consent, we will stop using the child's images for future promotional use and, where reasonably practicable, remove them from our website or other channels that we control.

 

Withdrawal of consent does not affect use that took place before consent was withdrawn.
