Service Description

Term 1 Details Ages: 7–10 years Duration: 6 weeks Dates: Tuesday 15th September – Tuesday 20th October (inclusive) Time: 10am-12pm Our first six-week term introduces children to the fascinating worlds of lasers and electricity through practical experiments and creative projects. Together we'll build a strong foundation by exploring questions such as: What is electricity and how does it work? How can we make our own battery? What is an electrical circuit? What's the difference between a laser and a torch? How do we bend laser beams and solve laser mazes? How can we use lasers and electronics to create something exciting? Alongside our STEM activities, each session will include drama, structured games, and collaborative challenges that encourage children to communicate, work together, and build lasting friendships. We also leave room for children's own ideas and interests to shape the journey, allowing curiosity to guide many of the activities along the way. We'll finish the term with a fun Halloween-themed celebration, bringing together everything we've explored over the six weeks with games, creativity, and plenty of seasonal fun.
